How to use:

Put a teaspoon of moringa and fill the cup with boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes and filter. We recommend taking two cups a day.


Moringa is a plant that originates from subcontinental India, it is also widespread in the tropical and equatorial areas of the planet, such as Ethiopia, the Philippines, South America. It has very high nutritional values of the leaves and seeds: rich in proteins, easily bioavailable fatty acids which cannot be altered by cooking, minerals and vitamins (A, vitamins of group B, C, D, E, K) .


Moringa, thanks to the wide range of precious amino acids it contains, is an almost unique vegetable and is useful in cases of infection, bronchitis, catarrh, sore throat, anemia, dysentery , colitis, rheumatism, headache.
It favors the regularity of blood pressure, keeps glycemia under control and helps prevent some forms of diabetes. It is also used for its anti-inflammatory, antiasthenic and antioxidant activity.
