Returns and refunds

If you have an issue that our technical support team has been unable to resolve, you can return the product to us. The first step is to complete the Return Form.

This form must be completed in full. We will reply by email within 3 working days with return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for products damaged due to inadequate packaging. Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage during transit.
All returns must be approved in advance.
