Mallow (flowers and leaves) of the Abbey of Praglia.
The flowers and leaves of the mallow are rich in mucilage which give the plant emollient and laxative properties; they help to alleviate the inflammatory state of the mucous membranes and of both the respiratory and digestive systems.
How to use: prepare a decoction by pouring a tablespoon of the product and a cup of water into a container, boil for 10 minutes and leave to infuse for another 10 minutes. We recommend 2/3 cups a day between meals.
Ingredients: malva sylvestris, fam. malvaceae
