The ginger and cinnamon apple jam has a very particular taste: the intensity of cinnamon and the right spiciness of freshly ground ginger leave a pleasant sensation of tonicity on the tongue. The use of fructose allows to limit the quantity of sugar naturally present in the fruit.
It is also good with cheeses: ginger gives tone to the delicate taste of fresh or semi-seasoned ones.
