The Grappa of the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore is produced by the Olivetan Benedictine Monks in Tuscany in the hills of the Siena area.
This traditional grappa is produced through the distillation of the pomace in modern vacuum stills. This procedure allows to keep the original fragrance intact and to make it recognizable for its particular taste and aroma.
