Herbal tea made from plants with properties that promote sleep: with chamomile flowers, lemon balm leaves, lime flowers, sweet orange flowers.

Herbal tea in vacuum packaging. Preparation: the herbal tea is prepared by leaving 2 teaspoons of herbs to infuse for 10 minutes in a cup of boiling water. It is drunk in the evening before going to bed, sweetened with lime honey to give sweet dreams.
