Rich mixed pickled vegetables made of pickled vegetables produced by the benedictine monks of the monastery of saint Scolastica of Subiaco.

It contains many vegetables of the orchard, such as: green beans, peppers, scallions, cauliflowers, carrots, fennels, celery, courgettes… all immersed in extra-virgin oil, apple and wine vinegar, with the addition of herbs and spices.


It is ideal for a tasty starter or to enrich the salads and make them even richer.
