The Cascinazza Blanche Beer is the wheat beer of the Benedictine Monks of Buccinasco, in the province of Milan.
With a pale yellow, opalescent colour; compact and persistent foam.
In this wheat beer, the freshness of the citrus scents blends perfectly with the softness of the cereals and the delicately pungent aroma some coriander and bitter orange peel. The not excessive carbonation makes drinking easier, thanks to a dry finish with a balanced bitterness.
