The Apple and Licorice Jam of the Germagno Monastery is handcrafted by the monks, without added additives.
Excellent for filling cakes, desserts, ice cream or simply on toast or bread.
Ingredients: apples, sugar, lemon juice, liquorice powder (licorice, glucose syrup, cane sugar) (2%) Fruit used: 101g per 100g of product of which apples 98g. Keep away from sources of light and heat. Store in the refrigerator after opening. (There may be slight differences between one batch and another)
