The Strawberry Jam of the Germagno Monastery is handcrafted by monks, with no added additives, with whole oranges, whole citrons, whole lemons.
Excellent for filling cakes, desserts, ice cream or simply on rusks or bread.
Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, lemon juice. Keep away from sources of light and heat. Keep refrigerated after opening. (There may be slight differences from one batch to another)
