Aniseed Herbal Tea 100 g

Herbal tea composed of 1 aniseed from the Abbey of Praglia.
It promotes a condition of well being by naturally assisting the physiological elimination of intestinal gases.

Infusion: Pour boiling water into a cup containing a tea spoon of herbal teas; Leave in a infusion for a quarter of an hour in a covered container; Filter with a strainer and squeeze the used herbs well. Sweeten with honey to taste.

Dosage: Two or three cups per day.
