The herbal tea (composed) Aspertula of the monks of the Praglia Abbey promotes a state of well-being by naturally mitigating headaches
Based on aspertula, verbena, rosemary, basil, lavender, marjoram and rose petals.
How to use: pour boiling water into a cup containing a teaspoon of product; leave to infuse for about a quarter of an hour in a covered container; filter with a strainer and squeeze the herbs used well; sweeten with honey to taste.
Dosage: two or three cups a day.
Ingredients: sweet aspertula, medicinal verbena, rosemary single leaves, basil leaves, hybrid lavender single flowers, marjoram single leaves, rose red petals. Close the package well after use. Keep in a cold and dry place.
