Extra virgin olive oil of the Trappist nuns of Valserena in Tuscany (province of Livorno) obtained exclusively from the olive groves surrounding the Monastery, in the hinterland of Cecina: valuable and appreciated for its light, but tasty, slightly fruity taste.
Limited annual production.
Olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes.
