Pure saffron, natural pistils, from organic farming.
Saffron pistils can be used in two ways: 1) put the pistils (3-4 per person) in a warm liquid for at least two or three hours: they will release the color and the aroma and you can use the liquid as normal, depending on the recipe. The stigmas do not melt but you can eat them quietly. 2) Put the pistils to be used in a piece of baked paper and crush to powder. Use in the last minutes of cooking. In this way can taste the flavour much more.
