Coenobium Ruscum is a white wine (Lazio Igp) produced from Trebbiano (45%), Malvasia (35%) and Verdicchio (20%) grapes, cultivated in the monastic cloistered soil according to natural methods, without the use of synthetic chemical treatments. Fermentation 15 days with the skins. Respecting the natural origin of the grapes, this wine has not undergone forced stabilization processes.
