The Ancient tranquility in blonde beer is a craft blonde beer, "Belgian Blonde" style, unpasteurized and unfiltered, with two-row barley grown by the nuns on land located in the Marche countryside near Sassoferrato, in province of Ancona.


Balanced, Aromatic and slightly spicy and malty.


Excellent in combination with meats, even grilled, but also aged cheeses.


Refermented in the bottle. Large bottle format.
