The Torculus Dessert Wine from the Abbey of Praglia is a red wine made from 100% naturally raisined Raboso Verona grapes, typical of the Euganean Hills, once active volcanoes. Aged for a long time in oak barriques, this wine maintains all the personality of the Raboso, resulting savoury, very lively and almost spicy.
Recommended pairings: with dry desserts, sweet potatoes and fruit salads.
