Terlaner (Pinot Bianco) doc produced by Abbazia Muri Gries in Bolzano (Alto Adige/Südtirol).

A classic white wine, with a straw yellow colour and an intense fruity and citrus aroma. On the palate it is robust and full, with a creamy but elegant structure and character. The fresh aftertaste is long and juicy.

Recommended pairings: excellent with Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese), with cheese dumplings, white meat and poultry and tasty fish recipes Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
