Sylvaner doc 75 cl wine

The Sylvaner Doc produced by the Abbey of Novacella (Alto Adige/Südtirol) has a straw yellow colour with greenish highlights and a pleasant aroma of ripe fruit (from pear to melon). On the palate it confirms what is perceived, the good structure of this Sylvaner and its notes of fruit make it very elegant. Recommended pairings: light appetizers, asparagus, bacon, pasta, risotto, poultry, fish. Excellent as an aperitif: where it does not dominate, but accompanies.
