Ananda Mahta Ashram or Monastery N.D. de la Joie is a monastic community formed by some nuns and founded by the Abbey N.D. de Soleilmont in Belgium. It is located in Kalpetta, in the Wayanad district of Kerala (South India). For several years the nuns have been selecting various local products (coffee, tea, spices) from small local producers with whom they have partnered to support fair trade.
Ingredients: black tea, ginger, vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. Carefully close the package after use (or transfer the contents into an airtight container) and store in a cool, dry place.
