Fermentation in the bottle according to the typical "classic method", once also called the "Benedictine method" due to the traditional reference to the monk who refined the technique over the centuries ago. Remuage by hand and long aging on the lees (at least 30 months).
Grapes in equal percentage of Garganega, Chardonnay, Raboso.
Proposed as it is, dry and dry, but harmonious on the palate, it best expresses the originality of the cuvée
