The Sauvignon produced by the monks of the Abbey of Novacella in Bressanone (Alto Adige/Südtirol) is a particularly fine and elegant white wine. It has a straw yellow colour with greenish notes and a floral aroma. On the palate it immediately brings out the freshness and vivacity typical of Sauvignon grapes, leaving a persistent aftertaste.
