Recommended:
Dose for internal use: 10 drops on a sugar lump or a spoonful of honey in the case of bronchial asthma, hay fever, coughs and bronchial catarrh.

Dose for external use: 20 drops in a bowl of boiling water for steaming in case of sinusitis, colds, rhinitis, headaches. When the water is warm, apply compresses to the forehead and temples.
