The Liqueur of Ramasin (Plums) produced by the Benedictine monks of the Monastery of Germagno has a fruity, sweet, aromatic and almond aftertaste. Dark purple in colour, the Liqueur of Ramasin di Germagno is obtained by cold infusion of Ramasin plums in apple brandy.
We suggest to taste it alone, as topping for ice cream or in the preparation of cocktails.
