Praepositus Riesling doc 75 cl

The Praepositus Riesling doc is one of the axes of the monastic production of the Abbey of Novacella, classified Tre Bicchieri da Gambero Rosso. A fresh and mineral wine with a truly unique taste: you can taste first aromatic notes of honey and saffron, then orange and roses, with a long and characteristic perfumed finish. From its foundation in 1142 to the present day, the Abbey of Novacella 57 Abati has been run by the Abbey of Novacella. The wines of the Praepositus line are dedicated to them and are produced with particularly selected grapes from vineyards located in the best exposures.
