A handcrafted pear jam made with only fruit and sugar, as homemade.
_x000D_For more than 40 years Trappist nuns have been producing jams and marmalades of 25 different flavours, using a high percentage of fresh fruit, with only the addition of sugar, without additives (neither pectin nor citric acid). The special cooking system allows the fruit to maintain all its flavour and to be rightly appreciated for its high quality.
Ingredients: pears, sugar, lemon peel. Fruit used: 115g per 100g of finished product._x000D_ Store in the fridge after opening._x000D_ _x000D_ Average nutritional values per 100g: energy value 179 kcal, 797 kj; fat <0.1g of which saturated fatty acids <0.1g; carbohydrates 44g of which sugars 44g; protein 0.4g; salt 2.45 mg.
