A handcrafted pear jam made with only fruit and sugar, as homemade.
For more than 40 years Trappist nuns have been producing jams and marmalades of 25 different flavours, using a high percentage of fresh fruit, with only the addition of sugar, without additives (neither pectin nor citric acid). The special cooking system allows the fruit to maintain all its flavour and to be rightly appreciated for its high quality.
