The Liqueur Aloysia (Cedrina) produced by the Trappist nuns of the Cistercian Monastery of Valserena, is obtained from the artisan infusion of lemon verbena leaves and flowers also called "Luisa grass" (Alysia citriodora) which has digestive, relaxing and tonic properties . Pleasant aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits.
