The Confettura Mele e Uvetta del Monastero Germagno is handmade by the monks, with no added additives, using Italian apples and sultanas that add that extra touch of gluttony and speciality.
Excellent for stuffing tarts or as a base for the filling of strudel.
The monks also suggest to try it as a topping on Malaga ice cream or zabaglione, diluting it with a drop of liqueur or Marsala.
