Grappa of Sylvaner 70 cl

Grappa di Sylvaner distilled from marcs carefully selected by the monks of the Abbey of Novacella in Varna, Alto Adige/Südtirol.
This is currently the first and only grappa made from Sylvaner marc produced throughout Italy. The pomace is selected very carefully and macerated in steel containers specially designed for this particular type of grappa.
