The Grappa of the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore is produced by the Benedictine Olivetan Monks in Tuscany in the hills of Siena.

This traditional grappa is produced by distilling the marc in modern vacuum stills. This process makes it possible to maintain the original fragrance intact and to make it recognizable for its particular taste and aroma.
