It is a very light and crumbly biscuit, with whole wheat flour, honey, milk and garnished with grains of brown sugar.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour * 50%, sugar, butter, cane sugar, eggs *, honey, egg yolk *, milk, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, ammonium bicarbonate, vanilla beans in powder. May contain soy, hazelnuts and almonds. Keep away from heat sources and sunlight.
