Grappa all'Eucaliptus is produced by Trappist monks of the Liquorificio dell'Abbazia Tre Fontane in Rome.
Grappa all'Eucaliptus (Eucalyptus) is distilled from chardonnay pomace, selected directly by the monastic community, and subsequently flavored with eucalyptus leaves cultivated by the monks of the Abbey.
