Spumante Domnus Abbas Extra Brut from the monks of the Praglia Abbey
Fermentation in the bottle according to the typical "classic method", once also called the "Benedictine method" due to the traditional reference to the monk who refined the technique over the centuries ago. Remuage by hand and long aging on the lees (at least 30 months).
Blend in equal percentage of Garganega, Chardonnay, Raboso. Dosage 5 g/l.
