For more than 40 years, the Trappist nuns have been producing artisan jams and marmalades of over 30 different flavours, using a high percentage of fresh fruit, with the sole addition of sugar, without additives (neither pectin nor citric acid). The special cooking system allows the fruit to keep all its flavor and to be rightly appreciated for its high quality.
Ingredients: sugar, peppers 33%, tomatoes 32%, lemon juice, chilli. Vegetables used: 110g per 100g of finished product. Keep refrigerated after opening.
