Coenobium Wine produced from Trebbiano (45%), Malvasia (35%), Verdicchio (20%) grapes, grown in the monastic cloistered soil according to natural methods, without the use of synthetic chemical treatments. Respecting the natural origin of the grapes, this wine has not undergone forced stabilization processes.
