Dorée Trappist Beer is a blonde brewed in the Scourmont Monastery in Belgium and initially reserved for the monastic community within it. Starting in 2013 it is only brewed 4 times a year and made available outside the monastery walls. The Dorée has a low alcohol content and an excellent balance with a dry and slightly acidulous aftertaste. The color is golden, while the aroma recalls notes of fresh citrus fruits and spices. Suggested pairings: Delicate pasta dishes, white meats, ham, cheeses.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast
