Chamomile from the monks of the Praglia Abbey. Thanks to its relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties, chamomile can be used in an infusion or as a compress to be placed on the part to be treated.
Preparation of the infusion:
Put a teaspoon of chamomile in a cup and pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes, filter, squeeze and sweeten to taste.
Topical use:
Soak the chamomile in a cup of boiling water, after a couple of minutes put it in a gauze and place it on the part to be treated until it cools down.
Ingredients: chamomile (matricaria chamomilla). Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
