The Borbotto Bianco IGT wine of the Monks of Camaldoli is made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes and is aged for 12 months in the historic vaulted cellar in centuries-old chestnut barrels from the forest of Camaldoli. It is vinified at low temperatures to best maintain the fruity aromas of the grapes. The result is a fresh and lively white wine with a fruity aroma. This white wine produced by Coop comes from the vineyards on the Casentino hills and the centuries-old oenological experience of the Monks of Camaldoli.
