The Blackcurrant liqueur produced by the Benedictine monks of the Monastery of Germagno is obtained by cold infusion of the blackcurrant berries in apple brandy.

P>Blackcurrant liqueur is violet-red in colour, with a delicate and elegant bouquet. Soft, round, aromatic.

We suggest to taste it alone, as topping for ice cream, champagne or in the preparation of cocktails.
