The Blackberry liqueur produced by the Benedictine monks of the Monastery of Germagno has a characteristically fruity, sweet and aromatic flavour. Purple in colour with Russian shades, the Blackberry Liqueur of Germagno is obtained by cold infusion of blackberries in apple brandy.
We suggest to taste it alone, as a topping for ice cream or in the preparation of cocktails.
