Bitter Robur is a digestive produced according to the traditional recipe of the Discalced Carmelite Friars based on herbal infusions and essences: cinchona, orange peel, juniper berries, cinnamon, gentian, rhubarb and hyssop.
_x000D_The infusion is left to rest for sixty days as prescribed by the Carmelite Herbarium and this gives it its traditional aromatic flavour.
