Description

Benedictine ointment has been a particular product of the Olivetan Benedictine monastic tradition for many years, also used as a natural remedy for ingrown nails, expulsion of thorns, splinters, etc.

Benedictine ointment produced by the Camogli Pharmacy based on an ancient recipe of the Olivetan monks of the Monastery of San Prospero: it is an ointment based on olive oil, beeswax and Greek pitch, enriched with plant extracts and essential oils.

It is advisable to apply the ointment on the affected part and wrap with gauze or, better still, with a film (so that the product is absorbed directly by the skin and does not disperse). Repeat every 12/24 hours as needed.

External use, apply on intact skin and do not use if hypersensitivity to one of the components is known.
