Benno Beer is a blonde beer brewed in Helles Dubbel style by the monks of Engelszell Abbey in Austria.
Her name is a tribute to Abbot Benno Stumpf who, during the Second World War, settled in the Abbey.
With its blond colour and good alcohol content (6.9%), Benno is characteristically sweet and fruity. It also has floral and caramel aromas.
