The Azzeruoli jam of the Cistercian monks of the Dominus Tecum Monastery in Pra'd Mill (Cuneo) is made with azeruolo, a fruit with a sweet and sour flavor.
The extra jam from Azzeruoli is good for garnishing homemade cakes and pies, to spread on bread, but also for salads and fruit salads.
