The Artichoke Sauce is produced by the Benedictine monks of the Monastery of Santa Scolastica in Subiaco


With extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of chilli and herbs. Suitable for a canapé or to be enjoyed spread on bread.


Handcrafted monastic product, simple and genuine.

Label

Ingredients: artichokes (80%), extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, oregano, mint, peperocino. It may contain traces of celery (allergen). Once opened, keep refrigerated.
